The problem:
The property owner was looking to sell their home in the immediate future and was looking to tidy up the outside of the property. Although the roof was in a good condition, the garage concrete sides were becoming dilapidated and felt the garage could potentially de-value the asking price.
The solution:
We provided a very competitive quote and not only safely removed and disposed of the asbestos garage roof sheets but also carefully dismantled and disposed of the concrete sides.
The problem:
The farmer had dismantled a medium sized shed several years ago and the landlord had identified that the asbestos cement sheets needed to be removed from the estate.
The solution:
The quantity of the asbestos cement waste was assessed and a fixed price given for its safe collection and disposal. A pre-arranged date and time was established for its collection and the area cleaned and visually inspected for no signs of remaining asbestos debris.
We are an Environment Agency certified waste carrier and all waste is accompanied with a Consignment Note as per current regulations. Once the job is complete, we will issue you with the completed consignment note for your records, giving you the peace of mind that all materials have been disposed of correctly.
