The problem:
A large mechanical and electrical engineering company required their entire workforce to be asbestos awareness trained and non-licensed asbestos removal trained.
The solution:
After consultation with the company, we advised that where as it was mandatory that all employees be asbestos awareness trained, that only a select few were non-licensed trained so that the company would be able to manage and monitor those employees more effectively. The courses were run over a number of days to ensure that disruption to the normal operations of the company were kept to an absolute minimum.
